Certified Yoga Therapist, Linda Karl, will be here to teach Chair Yoga, a yoga meant for anyone at any age to help with relaxation and rebalancing of the nervous system. No need to get down on the floor or do any "pretzel" moves: chair yoga improves flexibility, joint health, balance, and teaches you how to breathe in a beneficial way for de-stressing and mindfulness of each present moment. No Yoga experience required, but comfortable clothing is recommended.
