Stitch & Stretch is a unique and rejuvenating class that combines the therapeutic art of crafting with the restorative practice of yin yoga. Bring your own crafting supplies and yoga mat or towel.
Registration required for EACH person attending.
Students will stitch in peace for 40 minutes while holding carefully sequenced yin yoga poses, and the last 20 minutes are for taking that stitching out of our backs and shoulders with a seated gentle flow. Stitch & Stretch is open to individuals of all crafting skill levels, from beginners to experts, and to yoga practitioners at any level. Whether you are looking for uninterrupted time for your crafting, exploring the benefits of yin yoga, or simply unwinding in a supportive and creative environment, this class is designed for you! Bring your own crafting supplies, a yoga mat or beach towel, and any additional props you might want including pillows, blankets, etc.
