A self-care two for one deal, Reading Deeply is a Yin Yoga class that allows students to hold carefully sequenced poses for several minutes while reading. The class allows for stretching and modifications for individuals who need them. Bringing peace to your mind and body, Reading Deeply is the class for you! Students should bring their own mats and are welcome to bring blocks, bolsters, or blankets if they would like.
Registration required for EACH person attending.
