Donate new and gently used craft supplies to swap with your neighbors.
Drop off your new or gently-used craft items Monday, March 24 - Tuesday, April 1 at the Minooka Branch. No donations will be taken after April 1 or on swap day, please save them for the next time. When you drop off your donation, you'll receive a ticket for early entry into the swap on April 5.
What to Bring:
MARK MAKING: inks, pencils, paints, brushes, pastels, erasers, chalks, charcoals, markers
FIBER: yarn, fabric, thread, embroidery supplies, knitting needles, crochet hooks, patterns, ribbon, quilting tools, dressmaking, sewing notions
TOOLS: scissors, glue guns, soldering irons, craft knives, hole punches, easels, photo equipment, pottery tools, rulers
SUBSTRATES: canvas, watercolor paper, drawing paper, scratch boards, panels, sketchbooks, construction paper, newsprint
EXPENDABLES: glue, tape, butcher paper, sandpaper, cotton swabs, toothpicks, popsicle sticks, googly eyes
CRAFTS: beads, jewelry findings, containers of all sorts, artificial flowers, foam, felt, scrapbooking supplies, stamps, ink pads
What NOT to Bring:
Nothing moldy, dirty, smelly, super heavy, or in need of repair.
No small scraps of fabric, cut up t-shirts, stuffing from your sofa, old pillows, or clothing.
We also ask that you leave the hazardous materials in your garage, including oil-based solvents, house paint, dry paint tubes, etc.

The former Minooka Masonic Hall re-opened as the Minooka Branch of the Three Rivers Public Library District in 1992.
The library contains collections for adults, children, and teens; access to public computers, fax, and scanning; and a public meeting room.
