For ages 6-9. Get ready for some cool experiments as we learn how the world around us works! It may get messy, so make sure kids are dressed casual! Registration required.

Parents: Please contact the library 24-48 hours in advance if your child is unable to attend a date you registered them for. This will allow us to offer their spot to someone on the waitlist. Contact us at ys@trpld.org or 815-467-6200.

About the library

Opened in 1981, the Channahon Library contains collections for adults, children, and teens; access to public computers, fax, and scanning; and a teen room.  It serves as the administrative headquarters of the library district.
