Using the support of a chair, we’ll explore poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance—all while seated or standing with assistance. Each session blends physical practice with breathwork and meditation, helping you find your personal balance between effort and ease. All poses are fully modifiable for every body. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and willingness to explore.
