Bees and Me
Monday, June 22
6:00pm - 7:00pm
For families of all ages. Come see a live observation hive from a local beekeeper. Learn how pollinators help grow the food we eat, then enjoy some bee-themed activities! No registration required.
Find out what all the buzz is about! Meet local beekeeper Dade Bradley, see an observation beehive, and enjoy some bee-themed activities to learn how pollinators are essential for growing the food that you eat! Mr. Bradely will bee-gin our program with a short presentation, after which families can participate in our learning based activities at their own pace.
Can't make it right at 6pm? No worries! ("Bee" happy!) Mr. Bradely will have his slideshow and hive present through the end of the program and is happy to answer questions!
For families of all ages. No registration required. This event has been moved to inside the library in the Youth Services Department.
